Great recipe. Cake turned our great, i made some changes to my liking, increased the sugar and flour, lessened milk, and did some other changes. I was hesitant about putting the cling for 15 mins, as i was scared that a bad egg smell will come because of it, But it didn't come, it was creamy moist and had a great flavour. Success
